3 Rounds of:

✔toe touches

✔plank crunches (15+15)

✔max effort hollow hold

Modify as needed. Plank crunches can be substituted for bicycles, plank hip dips, or side plank hold for time. Hollow hold can be subbed for plank hold or arch hold.
