Anemia is a deficiency of hemoglobin in the blood which results in fatigue and facial paleness. There are many different types of Anemia. To treat it properly you must determine the type. The most helpful thing is to increase the body’s ability to absorb nutrients is helpful.

Increase iron-rich foods and herbs such as beets, dandelion roots, almonds, spinach, parsley and dried fruits.

Eat foods rich in vitamin C.

Minimize whole wheat bread

Eliminate foods that limit iron absorption (coffee, tea, chocolate, wheat)
